You can establish a plan that works for you that will not only maximize your time but help you feel more fulfilled throughout your week! Are you spending too much time on social media or other distractions? I personally have set limits on my phones screen time on social sites to an hour a day. One thing I have established is the importance of keeping my body well tuned. Set life can be really rough on your back and your entire body, making sure you get some form of daily exercise will save you in the long term.

Establish a consistent wake-up time and schedule time for important tasks, such as exercise, work, and personal development. Be sure to also allocate time for breaks and relaxation. These breaks can even consist of standing up, I have also set this on my Apple Watch to remind me to stand up every hour. This will help you maintain your energy and avoid burnout.
